Experienced Resources continues to be the company of choice for health care organizations in Minnesota requiring an interim leader or the completion of a high stakes project. We are currently searching for health care leaders with expertise in the areas of: Clinic Operations Directors, Nurse Leaders (Clinic and Hospital), Health Plan Contracting, Ambulatory Surgical Center Director, Health Care Human Resources, and ICD-10 Project Management. Following are the current positions we are seeking to fill:
(4-6 month assignment; 32-40 hours per week)
- Provide day to day clinic leadership
- Provide mentorship to newly appointed clinic leaders
- Sustain optimal access measures
- Assess current management structure and make recommendations
- Partner closely with leadership team
Position requirements
- Clinic leadership experience
- Strong ability to prioritize the work and provide leadership
- 20+ years healthcare experience
(4-6 month assignment; 24-32 hours per week)
- Day to day clinic operations
- Further develop nursing supervisor’s leadership skills and confidence.
- Improve quality scores and increase productivity of nursing staff through workflow improvements and education.
- Conduct staff audits, evaluation of performance and provide recommendations

- No direct patient care
Interim Director of Compliance
(4-6 month assignment; 24-32 hours per week)
- An interim leader is needed to assess the current compliance situation, identify priorities, then develop and implement the systems and processes to meet the regulatory requirements while not compromising efficient, high quality patient care services.
- Recommend the organizational structure with the needed roles and responsibilities for an ongoing compliance program and assist in hiring the permanent position.
- Participate in leadership and staff meetings
- Implement education, monitors and reporting systems around compliance.

Interim Director of Surgical Services
(4-6 month assignment; 40 hours per week)
- Manage day to day operations of hospital Surgical Services department.

- No direct patient care
